  Designed to remove and accumulate the liquids that are condensed from the relief gases. Come in a variety of sizes, most commonly to us are 50BBL, 75BBL and 100BBL. We build the majority of our flare knock out’s in a rectangular containment on a base skid so they can be easily manipulated to and from location.

 We offer platforms for the top of the tank so you can easily access thief hatches or manway’s without having to worry about getting too close to the edge. As well we offer intermediate platforms so you don’t have to lean off a ladder to try to ignite your burners. They come in a variety of sizes from 3’-0” x 3’-0” to 6’-0” x 8’-0” and everything in-between. 

 As one of our many tank options the base skid is by far the most practical applications we offer. We mostly focus on Circular and Hexagon shaped skids for out tanks but can manufacture anything with approved drawings. A good base skid offers added support to the tank floor as well aids with anchoring the tank to piles without the unnecessary worry about damaging the coating inside. 

 We build our ladders to PIP STE05501 Fixed Ladders and Cages Design Guide. Our most commonly used lengths are 24’-0” and 32’-0” and come with a variety of features like extended tops, access prevention, safety gates for top/ intermediate platforms and fall arrest options.
